Our client is URGENTLY seeking a Complex Needs Team Leader to be based in the Ashford area.
The vacancy will be a full time, permanent role.
Successful candidates will have previous experience of working with adults with complex needs. You will possess NVQ 2 in Social Care and ideally hold NVQ 3 and Assessors A1 Award.

Our client is URGENTLY seeking Team Leaders for their care home based in Sevenoaks.
There are currently vacancies for both full and part time hours.
SALARY-
The commencing salary for the post will be £8.64 plus enhancements. The enhancements are 20% from Friday 9pm to Monday 6am. Sleepins are paid at £25.00 per night.
HOURS - Working either full or part-time
Alternative weekends off are offered as part of the current shift pattern for full time workers.
Staff who wish to work every weekend such as weekend Team Leader can do so with prior agreement.
Working on a rota basis as part of a team covering the home 24 hours per day 365 days per year.
Our client is URGENTLY seeking to recruit a Senior Community Support Service Assistant to provide support to independant homes in Woodchurch, New Ronmey and Ashford. As well as assisting the Community Services Support Co-ordinator.
Salary: £14,353 to £18,332 + benefits (dependant upon experience and qualifications)
The successful candidate will be joining an established senior team providing support.
This is an exciting and evolving opportunity for applicants who have a minimum of two years experience at Support Worker level,
preferably qualified with NVQ 3 in Social Care or working towards this qualification.
You will be supporting tenants within their own homes at different times of the day, and according
to individual hours required, as you assist clients to live independently according to their individual
support plans.
Some sleep-in duties will be required and a clean driving licence with own transport is essential.
Excellent communication skills required as the role involves some office duties including co-ordination of care plans, staff rotas and point of contact for care assistants.

As shift leader you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the work of team members on shift
Hours of work: 40 hours per week average on a shift basis to include sleeping-in duty on a rostered basis
Main Purpose of Job:
To support children and young people to develop and improve their relationships with others, their social and life skills, academic attainment and participation in recreational and leisure pursuits through contributing to the provision of stable, secure and safe surroundings, planned activities and individual interventions.
To establish a nurturing and supportive relationship with children and young people in order to help them develop functional and constructive relationships with others.
Within the overall framework of the clients' philosophy of care and statement of purpose to participate as a team member in providing care and support to the children and young people placed in the home.
To act as shift leader supporting the team in providing a stable, caring and supportive environment for children and young people that respects and affirms their racial, cultural and religious identity and lifestyle.
To assist children and young people to develop socially acceptable behaviour through encouragement of positive behaviour, constructive response to inappropriate behaviour and adherence to the clients' behaviour management strategies.
Tasks/Duties and Responsibilities:
By acting as shift leader and coordinating and working with other members of the team to be actively involved in the direct care of the children and young people in accordance with standards of care as identified within the relevant policy or practice guidelines. This will include, for example:
Contributing to the normal development of the children and young people and promoting a healthy life style.
Being aware of the children’s and young people’s leisure and recreational needs and supporting their active participation in these.
Carry out therapeutic crisis intervention as necessary (and after training where required).
Listen to and talk to children and young people, observe their behaviour, and record significant features.
