Our client is looking to recruit for their Head of Training vacancy

To provide training for company Staff, ensuring all statutory and mandatory requirements are met.  You will be based in Kent however you will be required to train staff in both Kent and Southampton, therefore travelling will be essential for this role.

Our client based in Longfield is seeking to recruit Residential Support Workers URGENTLY!!

Salary: £14,500 - £17,500 (Dependant upon experience)

Your role will involve working with the most vulnerable and challenging children and suitable candidates will possess prior experience of working within a similar role.

The client's home provides a safe and secure environment for children to develop and grow and offers 52 week care placements primarily for children between the ages of 8 and 16 years old, however they are registered to accept children up to they are 18 years of age.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working with clearly defined boundaries in a nurturing way.   An understanding of a Residential Therapeutic setting is required. 

Each child is an individual so it is important that you provide for each young person according to his or her full potential.  This means providing opportunities for all children to find success, promoting their personal and educational development so that they gain in confidence, maturity and skills.

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team in Maidstone.

Your main roles will be to:

1) Telephone interview and shortlist potential candidates to attend an interview with Kent Social Care Professionals.

2) Interview and shortlist candidates who are looking for work through the agency. The calibre of candidates will range from nursery nurses, support workers, floating support workers, supported housing officers, to Registered Managers and Qualified Social Workers.

We are seeking experienced and qualified Nursery Nurses to work various ad-hoc shifts in a Nursery in Faversham.

Applicants must have a CACHE level 3/ NVQ Level 3/ or equivalent.
You must also have at least 6 months experience within the last 3 years of working in a nursery.
