Our client is urgently looking for a care manager to join their team in Tonbridge. This contract is likely to be for an initial 2-3 months, and may be extended with notice.

You will be required to use a person centred approach to assess, monitor and review the support/personal assistance needs of service users and work with the service user to develop a package of support/assistance that promotes and maintains independence and well being.

You will be given a caseload of complex care packages to work with, and therefore requires a candidate with specialist experience in the field of care management.

Our client is looking for a Principle Social Worker to join the long term team which covers Broadstairs and Ramsgate.

You will be required to deputise for the Team leader on all aspects of their role and to supervise, oversee and develop professional social work staff and support staff and social work assistants.

You will undertake case audits, quality assurance, practice standards and file management in order to effectively manage workload and ensure high standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will therefore have some experience of professional supervision or line management.

Our client is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their team as soon as possible. This role is initially a four month contract, but may be extended after this time.

You will need to be highly motivated, and have diverse experience of working with people with a learning disability. You must also have experience in supervising and developing staff with an emphasis on evidence and outcome based practice.
