Our client is looking to recruit 3 Qualified Social Workers to work in the Fostering and Adoption team based in the Channel Islands
You must have current registration with the GSCC and experience of working on an F&A team is essential. This is a permanent basis.
JOB SUMMARY
1. To assist in the provision of an effective fostering and adoption service.
2. To take lead responsibility for aspects of service development and delivery at the request of the Team Manager.
3. To assist in the recruitment, assessment, support, learning and development of foster carers and prospective adopters.
4. To be responsible for the provision of training support and guidance needed to enable foster carers and prospective adopters to provide effective placements.
5. To ensure that all carers meet the required standards through monitoring and the annual review process.
6. To be aware of and maintain knowledge and skills base, regarding professional developments in fostering and adoption.
Our client is urgently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their AMPH team. They are looking for a suitably qualified candidate, who is available to start as soon as possible.
You will be working within a complex care team, with vulnerable clients with mental health issues. Your role will involve;
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating treatment.
- Negotiating for and co-ordinating the application of resources enabling individuals to maximise their independence.
- Managing a caseload which will include the more vulnerable clients or those with particularly complex problems in situations where personal liberty or safety is at stake.
You must have GSCC registration to apply for this vacancy. You will be subject to the completion of a full enhanced CRB check, and a full 5 year reference check.

Our client is looking for an experienced Children and Families Qualified Social Worker to join their duty team in Swanley.
The succesful candidate will have either completed ABE training, or evidence of providing joint visits with the police.
You will be required to manage a Children & Families caseload of various levels of complexity, involving the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of appropriate action, contributing to the effective application of resources to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and their families.

Our client is part of the International Social Service network dedicated to child welfare services in cases where children and their families are separated by international boundaries as a consequence of divorce, migration, seeking asylum, trafficking and abduction.
You will become an integral part of the team working with their global network present in over 150 countries, sharing vital information on child and adult welfare issues, and referring individual cases between countries.
If you have
• A social work qualification recognised in the UK
• 2 years post qualifying experience in the UK or abroad
• An interest in international issues such as private fostering, child abduction and child trafficking

Our client is urgently looking for a care manager to join their team in Tonbridge. This contract is likely to be for an initial 2-3 months, and may be extended with notice.
You will be required to use a person centred approach to assess, monitor and review the support/personal assistance needs of service users and work with the service user to develop a package of support/assistance that promotes and maintains independence and well being.
You will be given a caseload of complex care packages to work with, and therefore requires a candidate with specialist experience in the field of care management.
This role will subject to a full enhanced CRB check and a 3 year reference check. You will also need to have GSCC registration.
