Our client is looking for a teenage parent support coordinator to fulfill a ten month contract in Maidstone. The main aim of this role will be to coordinate and facilitate services which enable vulnerable young people to develop or maintain their capacity to live independently.
You will be required to have a good understanding of needs assessment and support planning.
The ideal candidate will also have a national certificate in Housing, or an equivalent qualification.
Due to the travelling involved in this role, you must be a driver.
