Our client based in Longfield is seeking to recruit Residential Support Workers URGENTLY!!
Salary: £14,500 - £17,500 (Dependant upon experience)
Your role will involve working with the most vulnerable and challenging children and suitable candidates will possess prior experience of working within a similar role.
The client's home provides a safe and secure environment for children to develop and grow and offers 52 week care placements primarily for children between the ages of 8 and 16 years old, however they are registered to accept children up to they are 18 years of age.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working with clearly defined boundaries in a nurturing way. An understanding of a Residential Therapeutic setting is required.
Each child is an individual so it is important that you provide for each young person according to his or her full potential. This means providing opportunities for all children to find success, promoting their personal and educational development so that they gain in confidence, maturity and skills.
