Our client is URGENTLY seeking a Complex Needs Team Leader to be based in the Ashford area.
The vacancy will be a full time, permanent role.
Successful candidates will have previous experience of working with adults with complex needs. You will possess NVQ 2 in Social Care and ideally hold NVQ 3 and Assessors A1 Award.
Salary: £15,863 - £19,832 + benefits (dependant upon experience and qualifications including complex needs allowance)
