Senior Community Support Service Assistant - (Job ID : CJ/12339)
Our client is URGENTLY seeking to recruit a Senior Community Support Service Assistant to provide support to independant homes in Woodchurch, New Ronmey and Ashford. As well as assisting the Community Services Support Co-ordinator.
Salary: £14,353 to £18,332 + benefits (dependant upon experience and qualifications)
The successful candidate will be joining an established senior team providing support.
This is an exciting and evolving opportunity for applicants who have a minimum of two years experience at Support Worker level,preferably qualified with NVQ 3 in Social Care or working towards this qualification.
You will be supporting tenants within their own homes at different times of the day, and accordingto individual hours required, as you assist clients to live independently according to their individualsupport plans.
Some sleep-in duties will be required and a clean driving licence with own transport is essential.
Excellent communication skills required as the role involves some office duties including co-ordination of care plans, staff rotas and point of contact for care assistants.
