Qualified Social Worker - Children and Famlies Team, Swanley - (Job ID : 11331)

Our client is looking for an experienced Children and Families Qualified Social Worker to join their duty team in Swanley. The succesful candidate will have either completed ABE training, or evidence of providing joint visits with the police. You will be required to manage a Children & Families caseload of various levels of complexity, involving the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of appropriate action, contributing to the effective application of resources to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and their families.
