Floating Support Worker - (Job ID : JH/ 10090)

We are looking for a temporary floating support worker to be in post for approximately 10 months.

Essential Requirements for the post holder are:

·  A strong understanding of housing and support needs of vulnerable people.

·  Experience of providing housing related support to people with Mental health problems, Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities, Substance abuse and/or Domestic Violence

·  A good understanding of the supporting peoples framework

·  Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively

·  Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

·  Basic IT skills, including data management

Full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes is essential!
