Job Purpose: The post-holder will provide professional social work direction and support across the unit. The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of social work services, ensuring that the needs of individual residents are met. The post-holder will take the lead in the development of aftercare placements and will provide parents, carers and service agencies with information regarding these placements. **Must have experience of working with Adults with Learning Difficulties/Mental Health in a secure setting**
You will be required to attend an interview in Maidstone, we will need to verify your CRB/passport and GSCC certificate and a competency based questionaire needs to be held on file.
