Our client is currently looking for experienced RSW's to provide ad-hoc cover to their residential service for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to have at least 6 months experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviour. Shifts will include earlies, lates, long days, and sleep in shifts, depending on the needs of our client on a week to week basis. This is a possible temp to perm vacancy. This post will be subject to a full enhanced CRB check, and a full 3 year reference check.
