Our client is currently looking for a senior support worker to join their team in Tunbridge Wells. You will be working with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in a residential service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of NVQ2, preferably NVQ3, and experience working with vulnerable adults in a residential service.
