Our client is looking for a Care Manager Assistant, based in Maidstone, to work in Adult Social Services in the Promoting Independence Team.
The role would include a role with the local response team, including taking enquiries from service users, agencies and members of the public. All positions are subject to a full enhanced CRB check and a full 3 year reference check.

It will also involve low level visiting to service users in their own homes, for fact finding only to bring back for decision making. The worker will be supervised and supported on this. It will be based at Bishops Terrace, with the Maidstone Promoting Independance Team, parking will be available and a temporary permit provided.
