Home Manager  -  EMI  -  Medway

We are currently looking to recruit a strong minded, registered manager to take control of a medium / large home in the Medway area

It is essential that you have the following:

·         In depth knowledge of working with the elderly and experience with dementia

·         Qualified RGN with current pin

·         Experience of managing a home for the elderly

·         Exceptional knowledge of CQC and current government legislation

·         Very self motivated and a strong character

·         NVQ in management or equivalent (would be preferable)

·         Evidence of how you have achieved effective change as a manager of a home.
