Registered Nurse RGN - Days or Nights - Nursing Home in the Medway area.
A Nursing Home in the Medway area are currently looking for a RGN to join their team. They are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual who is looking to work either days or nights, you must be a strong team leader as you will be supervising the care staff as well as looking after the well being of the residents.
They are a proactive company with family origins. They have 9 care homes and work on the ethos of "Relationship Centred Care" which focuses on staff being more involved as it has been proven that involvement and ownership brings a sense of responsibility which ultimately breeds good quality service provision and better outcomes for our residents.
A competitive hourly rate is offered of up to £13.40, this position could be full or part time.
