Nursing Service
Our NURSING SERVICES Division is a nurse-led service covering both Kent and Surrey, working directly with private clients and in the community.
Our team of Registered Nurses are thoroughly vetted to ensure compliance with the exceptional standards required to work as a KentSCP nurse. This process encompasess enhanced CRB checks, and detailed career references from previous healthcare employers.
Our Nurses complete a comprehensive induction training programme ahead of any introductions to ‘hands on’ clients relationships. Community nursing is always overseen by experienced Case Managers to ensure the quality of our service reaches the highiest standard. Case Managers also regularly assess the detailed needs of our clients, to ensure that clients are fully supported, and completely satisfied with our service provision.
Each of our registered nurses is independantly and regularly appraised, to identify ongoig additional training requirements and to ensure a commitment to their continuous professsional development.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, and are regularly inspected on the services we provide.
Our provision of Nursing Services covers a wide range of support including:
- community care. Ranging from 2 hours a day, to 24 hours a day, depending on the needs of the client.
- short, or long term needs,
- one-off shifts in establishments,
- long term sickness,
- maternity/paternity leave,
- holiday cover; or;
- for filling a temporary to permanent vacancy.
