I was experiencing dissatisfaction with some of our existing agency providers around inconsistent supply and poor communication.   I responded by contacting KSCP, with whom I have a previous positive relationship.  They understand the importance of good customer relationship management.  We had a positive meeting and I have agreed preferential rates as well as clearly understood terms for ‘temp to perm’ and have subsequently asked our services to use them as first point of call. 
 
I have had nothing but compliments from my managers on the service that they deliver.  One of their Directors, David Fennell personally delivered a Christmas hamper, they take Easter eggs round to all services and they constantly check in with you to monitor their performance.  All these examples of good customer service put them well ahead in their field.  KSCP have solved my agency problems and I look forward to a long standing relationship.  I would certainly recommend them.

 

 

I joined KentSCP when they first started in January 2007. Since becoming a Support Worker with KentSCP I have been offered continual work, at a very good rate of pay. In addition I have found that the employment opportunities available are varied, with quality companies and have ranged from supporting individuals with learning difficulties in a residential home, to assessing and providing support packages for vulnerable people in the community on behalf of a Housing Trust.

During my time with KentSCP I have had a lot of contact with the staff team in Maidstone. I have always had very positive experiences and found all of the staff to be polite and professional on all occasions. However the team is not just professional and have recently shown themselves as individuals to be kind, caring and supportive. I really feel that with KentSCP I am a person that has a relationship with the team and not just a number.

I do not hesitate in recommending KentSCP wholeheartedly.

Working for ESCP has been great! I enjoy the variety of positions that have been made available to me and doubt that I would achieve such a wide range of experience in any other job! The flexibility that ESCP provides is ideal for me; I can work a lot of hours or very few hours each week depending on my needs at any given time. I have found the staff at ESCP to be incredibly efficient, looking after both their clients and my needs to great effect. They are so approachable and friendly too, it makes you feel like you really are part of a close-knit team!
