The course also covers the importance of reporting and recording of all information. Basic Emergency Aid takes you through a variety of possible injuries from nose bleeds through to penetrating chest wounds; detailing the symptoms; how they may deteriorate and the immediate treatment required .The course also covers Burns and Scalds and how to deal with shock.
