Benefits
A flexible lifestyle. You can often do as much work as you want when you want to, without having to stick to a long term routine (unless you agree to it!). this can be a great benefit if you need to earn extra money.
Flexible lifestyles are becoming the norm as employers find they can get more out of contented staff.
Income when you move
Many skilled people take a 'gap year'. After travelling, a permanent job may not be available at once. To keep you solvent, temporary work is ideal and gets you into the swing again.
Its getting better!
Temporary work has always been paid weekly helping you cope more quickly. It is now enhanced with the right to 24 days paid holiday each year. Employment Protection rights are also now extended to temporary workers. These include entitlement to Sick pay and maternity leave.
If you want to know more about any of the social care professions and improve or develop your skills, talk to us.
We are new and proudly independent, but bring a wealth of experience to our role. We are the most eager to find you work and keep you happily with us for many years to come.
